PROCESSING

All items are in stock and ready to ship within the US, unless they are noted pre-orders, in which estimated timeframes will be noted on each product via their "Processing & Shipping" Tab. 

Our boutique is deadline driven.  Normally, our orders go through a processing time of 2-3 business days before they are shipped, unless we are in peak ordering season (which is usually a week before or after a holiday or special occasion - such as Back to School).  However, we will always try to ensure we meet our deadline shipping chart below.  

This handy chart below will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the day your order is placed.  If you have a need by date, please place this within the Comments section at checkout and we will do everything within our power to ensure an in hand delivery on or before that date.




Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays, as we are not open during these times (certain exceptions may apply).


NEXT DAY RUSH PROCESSING
We offer convenient Next Day Rush processing to speed up our normal processing timeframes. You can select this service via checkout or CLICK HERE to find out more information.



SHIPPING

Once your order has completed processing, you will receive an "Order Completed" confirmation e-mail noting your tracking information and dependent upon your shipping preference at checkout, the following shipping level(s) will be used to ship your order.

UPS GROUND 3-5 Days
USPS 4-5 Day First Class
USPS 2-3 Day Priority

During Busy Holiday Seasonal Months, such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween (further noted below) processing time may increase by an average of 2-3 business days, due to demand for Special Order or Made to Order pieces at that time. Please plan accordingly to avoid Holiday shipping delays.

March 15th - April 20th (Easter)
June 13th - June 30th (4th of July)   
September 12th - October 31st (Halloween)
Nov 25th - December 28th (Christmas & New Year)


We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive in hand as we do not control the actions of the courier charged with the delivery of your order. Our estimations are merely a guess based on our courier data.  Your order could arrive much earlier than originally anticipated.

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to our Designer/Vendor Collaborations & Special Licensing, you may receive more than one package that may arrive separately, if multiple items were ordered. In which case, you will receive tracking information for each package, if available.**


INCORRECT ADDRESSED ORDERS/RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Please ensure that your orders are correctly and properly addressed. Once an order has been shipped, we MUST wait until your order returns to our warehouse/office location before it can be re-shipped. You will be charged a re-shipment fee according to the weight of your order. Incorrect addresses can create delays not only for you but for other shoppers and for your clients, if your order is a dropship order. If your order is a dropship order for your shopper, the return address will always be your address noted on your account, unless otherwise noted via the comments box during checkout. If your returned dropship order is enroute to you, you will be responsible for the re-shipment of that order to your shopper.

LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED ORDERS

Once your order begins its journey toward its destination and tracking information is noted on your tracking number, we are no longer responsible if your package is lost, stolen, tampered with or damaged enroute. If the tracking information you have received from us is not working, please contact us. However, if you are having difficulty locating your package or for any issues related to delivery, please contact the courier associated with your tracking number. We have listed a few customer service numbers below to better assist you should that need ever arise.

STATUS UPDATES
You will be able to Check the Status of your order online at Dollipops by logging into your account & clicking the "View Details" link associated with your order or you may Email us at [email protected], and we will provide you with an update shortly thereafter.

We ask that you please allow at least 5-7 Business Days to pass BEFORE you request a status on your order,
as expected delivery ranges from 3 to 7 Postal days (Postal Days are M-Sat), dependent upon your shipping selection.

This does NOT include rates for priority bumped orders. To calculate your shipping charges, please add your item to your cart and then go to your cart and click "Shipping: Click to Estimate", enter your ship to zip code & state and your shipping options and charges will automatically populate for you. This allows you to know what you're paying BEFORE you spend your hard earned moolah here with us!
